Send your artwork, in whatever form is available, to: custom@twistedenvy.com. JPEGs would be the most helpful but any file where we can see the image clearly will do. Please include as much information as you can about size, colour, materials and quantity.
You will receive a quote within 24 to 48 hours if no additional design work (at no charge) is necessary. When the layout is approved, please send us your address via email and then an invoice will be sent to confirm the order.

We will start the production (usually requiring 3-5 working days for typical orders) once full payment is made.

We accept PayPal and most cards. We can send either a PayPal invoice or card payments can be made via telephone on 0800 612 7798. This payment is processed via our secure WorldPay system. Please note that all custom work starts at £7. We must take a £3.50 deposit to start all work. Discount is given based on the quantity ordered.

Finished transfers are sent to your door via First Class Royal Mail recorded delivery. Delivery may take up to 3 working days.
